Michael Conforto (DK: $4,400 FD: $3,500): Our first Must-Have of this main slate will be the Mets’ young outfielder, Michael Conforto. Jake Arrieta will be throwing against Conforto tonight and is allowing some concerning numbers against left-handed hitters. Arrieta is currently allowing a .267 xISO and .413 xwOBA to go with a 6.95 FIP, 2.30 HR/9, and a 42% hard-hit rate. Conforto has already smacked 13 homers off of righties in 2019 but also holds down an impressive .914 OPS, and .263 ISO against them. The icing on the cake is that Arrieta will throw Conforto a sinking-fastball over 50% of the time and Conforto owns a hefty .500 xISO and .572 xwOBA against sinkers from righties this season. Conforto already has a homer off of Arrieta in his career and is in a great spot to do more damage tonight as Must-Have #1!

Paul Goldschmidt (DK: $3,400 FD: $3,000): The price on Goldschmidt is too soft to pass up on tonight as he faces another lefty in a park he is quite familiar with. Since Goldschmidt was a Diamondback before a Cardinal, he has a large sample of hitting in San Francisco. Across nearly 250 at-bats in Oracle Park, Goldschmidt as hit for a .325 average and a .990 OPS. Tonight, Goldschmidt will see Madison Bumgarner who he has 3 homers against in his career to go with a .333 average and .999 OPS against him across 78 previous plate-appearances. Goldschmidt is also heating up, having 6 hits in his last 5 games to go with three extra base hits. The fact that Goldschmidt is seeing a left-hander also benefits him since he owns a .226 ISO and 56% hard-hit rate against southpaws in 2019. We can also tell you that Goldschmidt will see mostly fastballs tonight and he is currently hitting four-seamers from lefties to the tune of a .616 xISO and .619 xwOBA. Lock in Goldschmidt across all lineups and formats alongside Conforto!
