Teoscar Hernandez (DK: 5,100 FD: $4,200): The Sunday Special seems to always feature Teoscar Hernandez, as he comes into another great spot today. He is facing off against LHP Zac Lowther, who features a four-seam primarily, throwing it north of 50% of the time to opposing righties. Teo has demolished the four-seam from left-handed arms this season, owning a massive .511 xISO and .530 xwOBA against them so far this season. He also owns over a .300 xISO against both the changeup and curveball that combine for another 40% of Lowther’s pitch arsenal. We love Teo again today, and will be locking him in with confidence across all formats.
Austin Riley (DK: $5,700 FD: $3,500): Riley has massive power upside against rookie RHP Edward Cabrera, who is allowing a .270 xISO to right-handed hitters so far in his MLB tenure. Riley has crushed right-handed arms to the tune of a .250 xISO and .390 xwOBA. Cabrera throws his four-seam 37% of the time, which Riley has crushed this season with a .310 xISO and .435 xwOBA. He also owns a massive .277 and .390 xISO against the slider and changeup respectively, which Cabrera throws over 25% of the time each to righties. His power upside is fantastic today and we love targeting him to start our lineups in all formats!
