Tyler Naquin (DK: $2,600 FD: $2,700): Our first Must-Have for tonight’s baseball slate is Cleveland Indians outfielder Tyler Naquin. Naquin and the Indians will get their first look at the Tigers’ top pitching prospect Casey Mize tonight. Mize has struggled through his first 5 starts, posting an xFIP of 4.93 and struggling to generate soft contact. Mize has especially struggled against left-handed batters, who have hit him for a .228 xISO and .387 xwOBA. Mize features a 4-seam fastball/sinker mix for almost 53% of his pitches to right-handed batters. Naquin hits these pitches for xISOs of .279 and .205, and xwOBAs of .356 and .423. We love Naquin in this matchup, and think he is impossible to pass up at his price tonight. Lock him in as a great piece of value in your lineups!

George Springer (DK: $4,600 FD: $3,700): Houston outfielder George Springer is our 2nd Must-Have for tonight’s baseball slate. Springer and the Astros take on Jordan Lyles tonight, and appear to have the upper hand in this matchup. Lyles has a 6.50 xFIP on the season and has had a very difficult time getting right-handed hitters out. Lyles has generated soft contact just 13.3% of the time against right-handed hitters and is allowing them to hit him for an xISO of .267 and xwOBA of .385. Springer has a career .354 xwOBA against Lyles and has hit both of his main pitches well this season. Lyles throws a combination of 4-seam fastballs and curveballs for just under 83% of his pitches to right-handed batters. Springer hits these pitches for xISOs of .324 and .421 and xwOBAs of .453 and .549. We love Springer’s upside and matchup tonight, so make sure to have him in all of your lineups!
