Yohan Cabaye (DK: $6,300): Our first Must-Have for this EPL slate is the Crystal Palace midfielder, Yohan Cabaye. Crystal Palace will play Brighton who have one of the worst away records in the league, having picked up only 10 points out of a possible 30. Crystal Palace are only three points out of the relegation zone and this late into the season they will need all three points from this match. Cabaye regained corner kick duty in the previous match, which gives him a very safe floor at a relatively low salary. Brighton allows 25 crosses per game, third-highest in the EPL, therefore Cabaye’s should see a bump in his crossing numbers. Cabaye also racks up other peripheral stats making him one of the best cash players on the slate. Cabaye could easily exceed value without a goal or assist making him one of the best plays on the slate and someone you should lock in your lineups.
Jose Holebas (DK: $6,700): Our second Must-Have for this EPL slate is the Greek international, Jose Holebas. Holebas has performed very well since returning to the starting lineup, putting up double-digit points in five of his last six games. Holebas will have a monopoly of set pieces, since Cleverly is out with an injury. The majority of Watford’s attack comes from the left flank, which leads to Holebas getting more of the ball and creating chances from crosses. Holebas has already contributed to Watford’s attack with four assists this season as a defender. Huddersfield are winless in their last five matches and have only scored one goal over that span. This boosts Holebas overall value because he has a good chance at a clean sheet bonus in this matchup. Watford are not in a great run of form, but they have consistently been scoring, evident by their 12 goals in their last five games. Holebas could easily hit value from peripheral stats alone in this matchup and offers good upside as a defender, making him a great play in all formats.
