Filip Kostic (DK: $10,900): The first Must-Have of the slate is the Serbian winger for Frankfurt, Filip Kostic. On most slates, Kostic has the best floor, because he’s the most active player in the entire Bundesliga. He averages almost 12 crosses and three shots per game, in part due to his set piece role. He has also only been subbed off once in his thirty-two appearances this season. This week, despite the size of the slate, Frankfurt come in as the second-largest favorites and are expected to score the second-most goals. We rarely roster Kostic for his goal-scoring upside, but his upside does stick out here as he is given +150 odds to score. That is because his matchup couldn’t be better in this final week. He faces a Paderborn side that sits in last-place with no chance of avoiding relegation, and they have allowed the most goals in the Bundesliga this season. Kostic is a tough fade on any slate, but in a prime matchup, we recommend locking him into your lineups as the first Must-Have.

Mark Uth (DK: $8,000): The second Must-Have of the slate is the German attacker for Koln, Mark Uth. With his teammate Florian Kainz suspended, Uth has a good chance to take most set pieces for Koln this week. His floor for a forward-eligible player is very strong due to averaging more than three shots, two shots assisted, and five crosses per game. This usually comes with just a split of set pieces, however. Koln are underdogs in this game, due to the fact that their opponents will need a win (and a Dusseldorf loss) to escape certain relegation. However, the matchup against Werder Bremen is one that we love to pick on: they have conceded the most crosses, the second-most shots, and the second-most goals in the league (these are reasons why they sit in 17th). Uth has good upside in the matchup as well, with five goals and five assists in twenty-two appearances this season. Uth has a great combination of floor and upside in an ideal matchup. While Bremen should be playing their hearts out, they’re still one of the worst teams in the league, and we recommend playing Uth as the second Must-Have.
